The men and women of this elite force patrol more than a quarter million square miles filled with deserts, lakes, piney woods, bayous, plains and coast.

While checking sportsmen and boaters, the Texas Game Wardens encounter everything from alligators to armadillos, and at a moment’s notice rush to rescue flash flood victims, investigate a large scale deer poaching, serve an arrest warrant for drugs, rescue injured wild animals, or catch smugglers in the Gulf of Mexico.
